ArtQuest AT GREENHILL RESIDENCY

PROGRAM BREAKDOWN

The ArtQuest at GreenHill residency is a 10-day program in which selected NC artists create and showcase their works in our community gallery. This residency program is perfect for the artist who enjoys the interaction with visitors and likes to engage in active conversations about creative practices. Our goal is for the artist to be energized by the interactions and for the visitor to deepen their understanding of an artist’s creative process.

The ArtQuest at GreenHill residency is a competitive process with applications accepted on an on-going basis. A stipend of $100 is provided for each selected artist as well as access to the resources of the studios. 

 

CRITERIA FOR SELECTION

• North Carolina Resident
• An established artistic practice with portfolio, artist statement, and bio
• Ability to work in ArtQuest's Community Gallery regularly during residency
• Demonstrate technique or material on Family Nights during residency
• Present an artist talk or demonstration for the First Friday of the month
