I first became aware of Greenhill as a graduate student in the Art Department at UNCG in 1980. It was a great place to go and see some of the best North Carolina artists. Some of the artists I first became aware of at Greenhill are: Francis Speight, Robert Broderson, Sylvia Heyden, Tom Suomalainen,...and others too numerous to mention. I have participated in group shows at Greenhill and feel it is a great space for highlighting art in North Carolina. My work can be seen at http://www.brecksmithart.com/.
